No, we don't support .htaccess files.
We run the Nginx web server on our Managed WordPress Hosting platform, which does not use .htaccess files. Many hosts and plugins rely on .htaccess (and thus Apache) to manage functionality like caching, redirects, and permalinks, but we provide all of this for you automatically.
If you think that you need to edit/manage an .htaccess file, just reach out to us and we'll talk through your use cases and the options that we have.
Note: We do provide an empty (and thus harmless) .htaccess file in the document root of your site, in order to maintain compatibility with some plugins that look for it. Don't worry about this file; you won't be able to edit or delete it.
